Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for the printed manuals and parts, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@earthmovingmanuals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details of where to send the package. You will need to pay for the return of the item yourself, unless we have sent you the incorrect item in error ie, not the correct item, in which case we will send you the correct item plus pay for the return postage on the incorrectly sent item.
The digital items cannot be returned once downloaded, so please ensure that they are what you want prior to purchase. Contents pages are provided, when available, as part of the product page so you can check the areas covered by the manual.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that most of the printed manuals are second hand and used. Given that the use will often have been in a workshop situation, they are likely to have oil and dirt on the pages and so it is not an adequate reason for a return. We endeavour to describe the condition of the product description and take photos.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
